Raising Aspirations
Caroline Papp is on a mission. Through her company Inspire Coaching she is determined to bring the message to companies that hiring people with disabilities is both financially and socially worthwhile. Caroline wanted to create a series of films to be used at seminars and in meeting with companies which communicated some of the benefits of hiring people with disabilities. One company which has fully embraced this ethos is Channel4.
Raising Aspirations
In the first of two films Caroline interviewed the COO of Channel4 about their recruitment and hiring of people with disabilities, what this has meant for the company and the benefits they have seen from their employment practices. In the second film Caroline interviewed an inspiring young person who has a disability and has begun a carer at Channel4. They discuss the hiring process, some of the challenges she has faced and some of the problems people with disabilities can face when seeking and entering work.
